Identify exactly what is affected
Record the ad or account ID, the decision text, the date and the policy cited. Check whether the issue affects one advertisement, an ad account, a Page, a person’s advertising access or a business portfolio. Meta states that review can concern both ads and associated business assets.
Take a screenshot of the notice and keep the exact destination URL that was submitted. A description such as “my Facebook is blocked” leaves several different possibilities unresolved. Match your troubleshooting to the object named in the decision.
Review the whole customer journey
Read the ad text, inspect the image or video and open the destination on a phone. Check the product, price, claims, availability and checkout or contact route. Ask whether a customer would encounter the same offer that the ad describes.
If the business advertises a regulated product, check the exact product category and target market before treating the rejection as a copywriting problem. An unsupported claim, missing permission and technical error require different remedies. Replacing a few words is not a substitute for resolving the underlying issue.
Choose correction or review based on the evidence
When you find a real mismatch or unsupported claim, correct the advertisement and destination consistently. When you believe the decision is mistaken, use the review option provided in Meta’s own support interface, if it is available for that decision. Follow any verification steps shown there.
A useful review note names the affected asset, identifies the disputed finding and points to relevant evidence. Explain specific corrections where applicable. Keep the case reference and record subsequent responses. Interface labels, available actions and response times can differ; no outside supplier can guarantee the outcome.
- Affected asset ID and notice date.
- The policy or reason shown in the decision.
- A concise factual explanation of your disagreement or correction.
- Relevant landing page, business or authorization evidence requested by Meta.
Avoid making the issue harder to investigate
Keep a record of each edit. If several people are involved, nominate one person to coordinate the response. This is an operational recommendation: it reduces contradictory changes and gives everyone a reliable account of what happened.
Do not conceal the real destination or use another account to continue the same unresolved policy violation. Meta has publicly described action against cloaking services and accounts using them. A supplier’s account arrangement does not remove the need to address the original issue.
What support can realistically provide
Useful support can help organize the evidence, distinguish an account issue from a campaign issue and clarify the available next steps. It cannot replace the platform’s review or make an ineligible product eligible.
If you contact Elite Ecom about account support, send the decision text and the affected asset type first, with sensitive personal details removed. Ask for the scope and price of any intervention before payment. Keep account supply and restriction support as separate service discussions.
